摘　　要：根据国内企业的ERP实施现状,分析了实施ERP项目存在的风险,设计了企业实施ERP项目的风险评价指标体系。在此基础上建立了灰色评价与层次分析法相结合的多层次灰色评价模型,并运用实例验证该模型的有效性。This paper analyses risks in the implementation of enterprise resource planning （ERP） projects, and designs a criteria system for evaluation of the risks. The paper establishes a multilevel grey evaluation model that combines grey evaluation and analysis hierarchy process （AHP）. The validity of the model is tested by an example.
