摘  要:以木薯淀粉为原料、双氧水为氧化剂,进行新型快干氧化淀粉粘合剂的研制.以淀粉粘合剂的粘度变化率和失水率为指标,选择氧化剂用量、氧化时间、PVA、尿素及膨润土含量五因素四水平正交实验对氧化淀粉制备工艺优化.结果表明,对粘度变化率影响最大的因素是氧化剂用量,而对失水率影响最大的因素是膨润土用量.最佳工艺条件是以50g木薯淀粉投料计算,氧化剂用量8.5 g,氧化时间45 min,PVA用量1.0 g,尿素用量3.0g,膨润土用量5.0g.The study on new fast-dry oxidized starch adhesive was carried out ,using cassava starch as raw material ,Hydrogen Peroxide as oxidant. The process for preparation of oxidized starch was optimized by orthogonal experiment with five factors (the quantity of oxidant,the time of oxidation,the quantity of PVA,urea and bentonite) and four levels,using variation of viscosity and the water loss ratio of starch adhesive as the target. The results showed that, the most important factor on variation of viscosity was the quantity of oxidant,and the most important factor on the water loss ratio was the quantity of bentonite. The optimal conditions were obtained as follows, the quantity of oxidant 8.5 g,the time of oxidation 45 min,the quantity of PVA,urea and bentonite were 1.0 g,3.0 g,and 5.0 g,respectively.
