摘　　要：根据健康新观念,阐述大学生健康教育的必要性,在体育教学中树立"健康第一"的指导思想,以增强学生体质,发展学生个性,促进学生身心全面健康发展,培养学生锻炼兴趣、习惯和能力为课程建设目标。积极贯彻素质教育方针,为培养跨世纪的人才作相应的探讨。According to the new view of health,the article sets forth the necessity of healthy education. We.should establish the guiding ideology of ＂health first＂ and realize the goal of course construction to enhance students constitution, develop their personality, promote the overall development of body and mind and cultivate interest, habit and ability.
