摘  要:癌症在本质上是一种多种因素导致的基因疾病。目前在基因、蛋白质表达,以及信号转导机制上均有较多的研究,为临床治疗提供新的手段。目前已经发现100余种原癌基因和多种抑癌基因,作为肿瘤形成假说中的重要补充内容,表观遗传学已经成为新的研究中心。这篇综述综合了近年来研究的甲基化的肺癌抑癌基因,以及针对甲基化检测技术,治疗以及在血液、痰、支气管等分泌物中检测抑癌基因甲基化作为早期诊断标志物的价值。Cancer is a genetic disease induced by many factors. It has been well understood in many fields including gene, protein expression and signal conduction, which provide new means for clinical treatment. Up to now, over 100 oncogenes and many tumor suppressor genes have been discovered, which provide an important reference for the hypothesis of tumorigeness. Apparent genetics has become the new study focus. This article reviews methylated anti-oncogene of lung cancer, the detection techniques aiming at methylation, treatment and the value detecting the gene methylation of lung cancer in secretion including blood, sputum, bronchus as the marker of early diagnosis.
