还原性谷胱甘肽对甲状腺功能亢进性肝损伤的治疗作用观察

摘　　要：目的观察还原性谷胱甘肽对甲状腺功能亢进性肝损伤的临床疗效。方法甲状腺功能亢进性肝损患者83例随机分为还原性谷胱甘肽组即治疗组42例和对照组41例。对照组给予天冬氨酸钾镁40mL+肌苷0.6g静脉滴注,1次/d;治疗组在对照组的基础上给予还原性谷胱甘肽1200mg静脉滴注,1次/d。2组疗程均为2周。分别比较用药后的肝功能指标变化情况。结果2组治疗后第2周末血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、血清天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、γ谷胺酰转移酶(GGT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)等较治疗前均显著降低,治疗组此四项的t值分别为6.25、4.72、2.47、2.62,P<0.01或P<0.05;对照组的t值分别是2.406、2.607、2.548、2.64,P<0.01或P<0.05,但治疗组ALT、AST值较对照组下降更为明显,t值分别为3.65、2.93,P<0.01,ALT、AST治愈率亦较对照组高,χ2值分别为8.289和8.086,P<0.05。结论还原性谷胱甘肽治疗甲状腺功能亢进所致肝功能损伤短程疗效显著、安全。Objective To observe the clinical etticacy of Reducibility Glutathion on hyperthyroidism with liver injury. Methods The patients （83 cases） with Hyperthyroidism liver damage were divided into Reducibility Glutathion group（42 eases）and eonteol group （41 eases）. The control group was given Potassium Magnesium Aspartate 40 mL plus lnosine 0.6 g,once per day, Reducibility Glutathion group was given Reducibility Glutathion 1200 mg on the basis of drugs given to the control group,once per day. Two groups had two weeks course of treatment. Changes of liver function after treatment was compared respectively. Results After treatment for two weeks, Two groups also had bigger decrease in many indexes than that before treatmet, such as ALT, AST, GGT, ALP and so on. The t value of Treatment group was 6.25,4.72,2.47,2.62 respectively,P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05, while t value of control group was 2. 406,2. 607,2. 548 ; 2.64 respectively, But, treatment group had bigger decrease than that of control group in ALT and AST. its t value was 3.65,2. 93 respectively,P 〈 0.01 ,the curative rate of ALT and AST in treatment group also was higher than that of control group. The Х^2 value was 8. 289,8. 086 respectively,P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Reducibility Glutalhion can treat liver damage occured in hyperthyroidism in short term with salty,high efficacy.
