乌司他丁对急性胰腺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:回顾性分析乌司他丁治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效。方法:2002-2005年诊治的急性胰腺炎45例,按不同治疗方法分为乌司他丁组(n=20)、常规疗法组(n=25),观察乌司他丁治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。结果:乌斯他丁组的临床症状、体征及实验室数据与常规疗法组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乌司他丁是治疗急性胰腺炎的安全而有效的药物,可以缩短疗程,提高疗效。Objective：Retrospective analyze therapeutic effects of Ulinastatin on acute panereatitis. Methods：45 acute pancreatitises treated from 2002 to 2005 in our hospital were divided into Ulinastatin and conventional therapy groups, the therapeutic effects of Ulinastatin on acute pancreatitis were observed. Results：The patients were treated with Ulinastation have better therapeutic effects and laboratory data（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Ulinastatin have more curative effect on acute pacreatitis and shorten the hospital＇s stay.
