摘　　要：防空兵射击指挥效能的评估,采用模糊层次分析模型,通过建立多层次指标评价体系,对单项指标进行专家评判,采用递推算法给出目标层对评语的隶属度,按最大隶属度原则给出优劣等级评定,并对评判集引入打分制,将影响射击指挥效能的各项因素都融汇于综合性的评分之中,使不同的作战单位的射击指挥效能具有可比性。The evaluation for the air defense force fire command efficiency, select FAHP model through establishing multi-level evaluation index system, the expert evaluation method was used for single index, the recursion method was used to acquire comment attribute degree in target layer, and the grade judgment of factors was also acquired based on the maximum attribute degree rule. The scoring system was introduced in judge set, every factor affecting the fire command efficiency was mixed together in a comprehensive mark. It makes the fire command efficiencies of different combat units comparable.
