摘  要:目的探讨气体信号分子硫化氢(H2S)在妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者和正常孕妇脐静脉血浆中的含量差异。方法正常对照组孕妇49例,GDM组孕妇16例,在分娩时取脐静脉血,分离血浆,采用敏感硫电极法测定脐静脉血浆H2S的含量。结果正常孕妇脐血中H2S的含量为51.84±10.10μmol/L,GDM孕妇脐血中H2S含量为46.20±7.63μmol/L。结论GDM患者脐静脉血浆中H2S的含量下降。Objective To explore the difference in the level of the gasotransmitter, hydrogen sulfide ( H2 S), in the plasma of umbilical veins in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and normally pregnant women. Methods Forty-nine pregnant women with no complications and sixteen patients with GDM were selected. The blood samples of umbilical veins were collected at the time of delivery and the plasma was extracted. The plasma H2 S level was measured by the method of sensitive sulfur electrode. Results The plasma H2 S level of umbilical veins was 51. 84 ± 10. 10 umol/L in normally pregnant women, and it was 46.20 ± 7.63 umol/L in patients with GDM. Conclusion The plasma H2S level of umbilical veins was decreased in patients with GDM.
