不同添加剂对青贮新麦草的影响

摘　　要：以新麦草为原料,通过添加甲酸和糖蜜,来初步探讨不同添加剂对青贮新麦草饲料品质的影响。研究结果表明:在添加甲酸的情况下,乳酸含量均显著降低,乙酸含量升高,同时,添加甲酸使青贮饲料的可溶性糖含量显著提高;通过添加糖蜜,青贮饲料乳酸含量升高,此外添加糖蜜还使青贮料的粗蛋白含量升高,酸性洗涤纤维含量下降。两种添加剂处理均显著降低了新麦草青贮料的pH值和氨态氮含量经。Psathyrostachys juncea was used as material to make silage by adding different additives （formic acid and molasses）. The result showed that all treatments decreased the pH value and the content of NHs-N of silage. The content of lactic acid was lower when added formic acid, but the content of acetic acid went up. Moreover,the content of dissolubility carbohydrate went up. The content of lactic acid increased while molasses was added,meanwhile,the contents of CP and ADF were increased as well.
