摘　　要：通过分析我国研究生创新能力培养的现状,提出了构建高层次创新性研究平台的必要性,认为高层次创新性研究平台应具有多个学科领域交叉、多个研究方向融合、多个创新团队联合、多种学习实践机会、多种优质资源共享、多元化的投资渠道等特点,并对建设高层次创新性研究平台提出了若干措施：建设模式平台化、管理方式自主化、运作机制有效化、资源利用共享化、研究过程连续化。将研究生培养教育和培养质量推向一个更高的新起点,为国家培养出具有创新能力的高素质、高层次的研究人才。Through analysis of present situation of postgraduate＇s innovative ability education in China, the necessity of high- level innovative platform construction was realized. The conclusion that high- level innovative platform should be characterized by multiple academic fields intererossing, integration of multi research direction, cooperation of innovative teams, a number of learning and practice opportunities, resource sharing and diverse investment channels were drawn. Several methods aiming at high- level innovative platform construction are proposed. It includes construction model, self- independence in management, efficiency in operating mechanism, sharing with resource, and continuity in research. All these measures aim at promoting the postgraduate education to a higher level, cultivating more high- quality and high- level researchers for our country.
