痔速宁片质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的：提高痔速宁片的质量标准。方法：用TLC法对方中的黑豆、五倍子和猪胆膏3味药材进行定性鉴别；用HPLC法对方中槐花的有效成分芦丁进行含量测定。结果：本品定性鉴别薄层色谱特征明显，专属性强；方法学考察表明，芦丁在0．024992～0．3124μg内呈良好线性关系（r）0．9999，平均回收率为97．47％（n=6），RSD为1．22％。结论：所建鉴别方法专属性强，定量方法简便、准确。可用于痔速宁片的质量控制。Objective：To improve the quality standard for Zhisuning Tablets. Methods：Glycine Max, Chinese Gall, Porcine bile paste in this medicine were identified by TLC. The content of Rutin was determined by HPLC. Glycine Max, Chinese Gall, Porcine bile paste could be identified by TLC. Result：A good linearity was obtained over the range of 0. 024 992 - 0. 312 4μg with the correlation coefficient 0. 999 9 for the rutin in the HPLC assay. Its average revcovery was 97.47% （n =6） and RSD = 1.22%. Conclusion： The method established is simple, feasible and reproducible and can be used as the quality standards for Zhisuning Tablets.
