全球化背景下学校德育改革的理性思考

摘　　要：德育是德性的养成与培育,它在教育中处于核心的地位,是素质教育的灵魂。全球化给我国学校德育既带来了发展的机遇,又使其面临更为严峻的挑战。学校德育需要从完善德育模式、创新德育内容、改革德育方法与途径、强化德育网络建设及提高教育者素质等方面做出不懈努力,切实增强学校德育工作在促进学生全面发展中的作用。Moral cultivation is the development of characters. It plays a key role in education and is the soul of all-around education. The globalization not only brings the chance of development to our country＇s moral cultivation but also brings the more severe challenge to it. How to deal with the globalization and reform is a significant and practical issue to the moral cultivation for teachers and researchers in China. The moral cultivation of schools should be improved in the following aspects： perfecting the moral cultivation model, innovating moral cultivation content, reforming the methods and ways, strengthening the network and promoting the educators＇qualualification. Therefore, the moral cultivation will play a more important role in the comprehensive development of students.
