摘　　要：企业可持续发展是社会实现可持续发展的重要途径,是社会可持续发展的微观基础。文章主要对企业可持续发展的理论与实践进行了研究和梳理,对企业可持续发展与非政府组织、政府和企业之间的内在关系进行了分析。同时还探讨了国内企业可持续发展的现状,并指出了其发展中存在的问题。Sustainable development of corporations is one of the important realization ways and microcosmic buases for sustainable development of society. This paper systemically makes a research on theory and practice of sustainable development of corporations and analyses the intrinsic relation between sustainable development and non-govermnental organizations, and between the government, and between corporations. At the same time, the paper studies the slatus of sustainable development of China and points out tbe problems existing in it.
