企业质量管理体系及其认证的有效性研究综述

摘　　要：探讨了质量管理体系及其认证的几种定义,在对质量管理体系及其认证的有效性问题研究进展进行综述的基础上,界定了质量管理体系认证有效性的内涵,总结出诸多影响因子,并以"认证环境因素、质量管理体系认证有效性、效果"三类因子为基础建立结构方程模型(SEM),为进一步开展实证研究奠定基础。最后指出本文的研究结论和今后主要的研究方向。Several definitions of effectiveness are probed into in this paper. On the basis of summarizing the study development of the effectiveness of enterprises' quality management system (QMS) and its certification, the connotation of the effectiveness of quality management system certification (QMSC) is defined. And then after summarizing a good many influence factors, the paper proposes that empirical study can be developed by building Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on three factors such as Certification environment factor, Effectiveness of QMSC and Effect. The SEM establishes a foundation for further empirical study. Finally, conclusions and main study directions henceforth are pointed out.
