摘 要:采用淀粉为模板剂合成了-种新的介孔ZSM-5分子筛,并用XRD、SEM、TEM、低温氮气吸附等手段对其物相和孔结构进行了表征。结果表明,介孔ZSM-5分子筛的晶粒内包含晶内介孔,且介孔孔容随合成中淀粉模板剂比例的增加而增大。将该分子筛用于超临界甲苯歧化反应,失活速率慢于常规的ZSM-5分子筛,其原因可能是因为介孔分子筛的扩散性能提高所致。A new kind of mesoporous ZSM-5 was hydrothermal synthesized by using starch as co-template. The physical properties and pore structure of the mesoporous ZSM-5 were characterized by various measurements, such as XRD, SEM, TEM, N2 adsorption measurement, et. , which demonstrated that there was a considerable sum of mesopores inside the zeolite crystallites, and their mesopore volume would increase as the amount of starch co-template added in the reaction mixture was increased. In addition, catalysis studies on the reaction of supercritical toluene disproportionation revealed that the mesoporous ZSM-5 catalyst had relatively lower deactivate rate than the conventional ZSM-5 catalyst, which may be due to the improvement of the diffusion within the mesoporus zeolite.
