摘 要:目的探讨高中生自尊水平状况及其影响因素。方法采用整群抽样方法,抽取北京市东城区高中生1118名。用总体自尊量表、幸福感量表、中学生心理健康诊断测验调查被试的自尊水平及其心理健康状况。结果高中生总体平均自尊水平指数为19.42±4.66。自尊量表总分与主观幸福感呈中度负相关,自尊水平与中学生心理健康诊断测验的总分及其8个分量表均呈正相关,对高中生的自尊水平及其他因素在α=0.05水平上进行多元逐步回归分析,学习能力、同学关系、学习成绩、自我期望和学习压力5个因素进入回归方程。结论做好心理健康教育工作,有利于提高他们的自尊水平。Objective To examine the self-esteem level for senior high school students in Dongeheng district, Being and to explore the relationship between self-esteem and the influential factors. Methods 1118 high school students were selected to be administered with SES, GWB and MHT. Results The self esteem index for senior high school students was 19.42±4. 66, and had a moderate negative correlation with GWB and a positive correlation with MHT. The stepwise regression analysis (α=0. 05 ) showed that learning capability, relationship with others, school performance, self expectation, and pressure from study could be included in the regression equation. Conclusion Improving the education for psychological health, reforming the system of graduation, lessening the load of students' work, could help enhance students" self esteem level.
