摘  要:目的探讨中药提取有效成份康莱特在乳腺癌临床治疗中的作用。方法采用手术切取的乳腺癌组织制备原代乳腺癌细胞悬液,MTT法体外药敏实验检测原代乳腺癌细胞对康莱特及数种,临床常用化疗药的不同敏感性,并进行比较分析。结果原代乳腺癌细胞对康莱特的敏感性低于5-Fu、ADM及MMC,且有显著性差异(P〈0.05);乳腺癌细胞对康莱特具有中度敏感性,而与常用化疗药物相近,且无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论中药提取有效成份康莱特对乳腺癌的临床治疗具有中度敏感性,可作为临床二线用药或联合用药。Objective To detect chemosensitivities of primary breast cancer cells reacting to kanglaite in vitro. Methods Primary breast cancer cells were made from fresh breast cancer tissues. MTT assay was used to detect chemosensitivities of primary breast cancer cells reacting to kanglaite and other normal clinical anti-cancer drugs in vitro. Results The high sensitivity rate of breast cancer cells to kanglaite was lower than that of 5-FU, ADM and MMC, and there was significantly different between them(P〈0.05). The middle sensitivity rate of breast cancer cells to kanglaite was similar to that of normal clinical anti-cancer drugs, and there was not significantly different between them(P〉0. 05).Conclusion Kanglaite plays an important role in clinical treatment of breast cancer. Cinobufacine with middle sensitivity may be a second-line chemotherapeutic agent for breast cancer.
