我国大中型企业行业效率实证研究

摘　　要：目前我国大中型企业效绩评价缺乏不同行业的企业效绩评价,采用数据包络分析和Malmquist指数对我国大中型企业38个行业进行了分析。分析发现普遍存在人员过剩,而流动资金、固定资产等表现出不足,利税产出不足。行业整体技术没有进步,效率的提高没有技术下降快。对行业效率分类发现完全无效率行业占39.47%,无竞争力占36.84%。为此提出要提高利税水平,加快产业结构调整,加快技术创新与技术改造等措施。As lacking of efficiency and productivity evaluation among China＇s large-middle sized enterprises industries ,38 industries of China＇s large-middle sized enterprises are analyzed through DEA and Malmquist. It is discovered that personnel is surplus,flow money and capital as- sert is shortage almost all industries. Technique is not advanced almost in whole industries, efficiency improvement can not catch up technique decline. It is discovered distinctly inefficient industries accounting for 39. 47%, poor competitiveness accounting for 36. 84%. Then policy references are put forward such as improving on profit and tax, speeding up industry structure adjustment, speeding up technique innovation and technique reconstruct and etc.
