摘 要:采用金刚石串珠绳锯在水下进行了海底输油钢管的切割实验研究。搭建了金刚石串珠绳锯水下切割试验系统,设置了初始试验参数,分析了管道不同部位切割时,切割面积和切口宽度与绳锯进给速度的关系。测量了金刚石串珠的磨损,得出了绳锯磨削比与径向进给速度之间的关系曲线。调整部分参数后,再次进行了验证试验,得出了最佳的工艺与参数,为:采用绳锯进给速度1.7mm/min切割管道壁厚,切透后换用进给速度4~5.7mm/min进行切割,以获得较快的切割速度,当绳锯张力超过设定值时,再将进给速度切换到1.7mm/min。本研究结果为金刚石串珠绳锯进行海底管道切割的工程作业提供了合理可靠的技术参数。Using diamond wire saw, underwater cutting experiment of seabed oil steel tube was conducted. The experiment system of diamond wire saw was constructed, the original parameters of cutting were set, the relation between feed velocity and area and width of cutting at different section of the pipe was analysed. The curve of relation between grinding cutting ratio and vertical advanced velocity was drawn based on the worn amount of diamond wire saw. After adjusting part of the parameters,a confirmatory experiment was conducted, and the optimal techniques and parameters were deduced, which are: feed speed 1.7mm/min for cutting the top of the pipe; feed speed 4 - 5.7 mm/rain for cutting the middle of tube to get faster cutting velocity. When the tension of wire saw exceeds the set value, the feed speed will be changed to 1.7mm/min. The results of our research provide rational and reliable technique parameters for underwater cutting of steel pipe using diamond wire saw.
