化学化工本科生“轮流蹲组”创新型培养模式

摘　　要：我校建立了本科生"轮流蹲组"创新型人才培养模式,提出了"学士前教育"的理念,本文介绍了此模式的内涵和特色,探讨了其在培养化学、化工专业(乃至理工科各个专业)本科生的人生观、价值观、拓宽知识面、提高综合素质和实验技能等方面所取得的效果。This paper introduces a new ＂group rotation＂ approach of training undergraduates into innovative talents. The approach lays stress on nurturing the undergraduates with positive outlook on life and values, broadening their knowledge range and upgrading their overall quality and skills. Good results have been achieved ever since.
