中密度纤维板静电粉末喷涂基材表面处理方法研究

摘　　要：根据试验结果,从界面理论角度分析得出了砂磨、打底漆的基材处理方法对工件不同部位涂膜附着力的影响及成因。确定了依次使用180号、240号和320号水砂纸进行四周表面腻平、砂磨的最佳表面处理方法。According to the tests result,the influence of sanding and painting of priming on the adhesion of film and its causes were analyzed based on the theory of interface. The best method of surface treatment is confirmed, sanding by 180#, 240# and 320# sandpaper in proper order and the putty filling around test sample.
