摘　　要：介绍了一种用西门子S7-200系列PLC控制的生物质燃料成型机控制系统,包括系统的I/O端口分配、PLC接线图及PLC程序设计,并详细分析了程序的控制过程。以工控机为核心,通过软硬件结合的合理设计实现了系统的自动控制,提高了工作效率。This paper introduced the controlling system based on PLC which used for the machine control, including I/O ports assignment, PLC connecting diagram and its program designing. As the core of the controlling system, PLC improved work efficiency of the machine by rational design on software and hardware. The detail of program for control process also was analyzed in this paper.
