摘  要:20世纪20年代,伴随着马克思主义在中国的广泛传播和中国共产党的成立,工人运动也在中国兴起。李大钊结合中国的实际,对国际工人运动理论进行了有益的探索,形成了独特的劳工教育思想。这一思想具有深厚的社会背景和独特的思想渊源,是一个内容上熔知、情、义三种教育于一炉,目标上集政治革命、社会进步和人的完善于一体的思想体系。这既是其哲学思想、政治思想、教育思想和社会伦理思想综合作用的产物,也是其自觉运用马克思主义原理解决中国社会问题初步探索的成果之一,是马克思主义在中国实现民族化和具体化的开端。In the 1920s, with the widespread of Marxism in China and the founding of the Chinese Communist Party, labor movement also emerge in China. Combining with the actual situation in China, Li Dazhao has made a valuable exploration to the international labor movement theory and formed a unique laborer education thought. Li Dazhao' s laborer education thought, which originated from profound society background and particular thought source, is a thought system with the content of blending knowledge, sentiment and ideology together, and aim of collecting political revolution, improvement of society and perfection of human as an organic whole. It's not only a result of the integrative function of his philosophy, political thought, educational thought and social ethical thoughts, but also an outcome of his primary research of consciously using Marxism to resolve Chinese matters. It is the beginning of realizing Marxism Sinicization and nationalization in China.
