树脂高嵌体防止后牙牙折的临床体会

摘　　要：目的研究树脂高嵌体对于防治后牙牙折的临床效果分析。方法选择无法进行完善根管治疗且根尖无炎症的后牙62颗，将其咬合面磨除约1．5～2．0mm，用树脂高嵌体进行修复，随访6个月、1年、2年，检查患者是否发生牙折。结果随访2年，62颗患牙失败8颗，失访1例，成功率为80％。结论树脂高嵌体能有效防止后牙折裂。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of resin onlay on restoring defective molars. Methods By Choosing molars without periapical disease, which could not receive root canal therapy and then restoring them with resin onlay. The patients were given follow-up study for six months, one year and two years to evaluate clinical effects which include marginal color, marginal adap- tation, contour, secondary caries. Results 2 years later, 59 eases succeeded while two failed, one case was lost. Success rate is 80 percent. Conclusions It indicates that onlay has a good biocompatibility and shows a prosmising prospect.
