摘 要:利用中国扬州开放式大气CO2浓度升高(FACE)系统稻麦轮作试验平台,研究大气CO2浓度升高对稻田小麦秸秆降解过程中土壤酶活性的影响。试验平台设置FACE[(580±60)μmol·mol-1]和对照[(380±40)μmol·mol-1]2个CO2浓度,在低氮(150kg·hm-2)和高氮(250kg·hm-2)2种氮水平下添加小麦秸秆,分别在不同生长时期采样并分析土壤脱氢酶、脲酶、磷酸酶和蔗糖酶活性。结果表明:同一氮水平下,大气CO2浓度升高显著增强土壤脱氢酶、脲酶和蔗糖酶活性,但显著降低土壤磷酸酶活性;无论是大气CO2浓度升高条件下还是对照条件下,低氮处理土壤脱氢酶与脲酶活性均高于高氮处理,而高氮处理土壤磷酸酶活性均高于低氮处理,氮水平对蔗糖酶活性并无显著影响。It has been predicted that atmospheric CO2 enhancement will increase activity of soil enzymes as the result of CO2-induced carbon entering the soil through plant.To investigate influence of atmospheric CO2 enhancement on activity of soil enzymes,an experiment was conducted in Yangzhou,Jiangsu,China within the China FACE(free air carbon dioxide enrichment) Project System.Two levels of CO2 concentration and two N application treatments were designed,and wheat straw was added into soil at the rate of about 3 000 kg·hm^-2 in all treatments.Soil samples were collected at different growth stages for analysis of activity of dehydrogenase,urease,phosphatase and invertase in the soil.Results reveal that atmospheric CO2 enhancement significantly increased activity of dehydrogenase,urease and invertase in the soils applied with the same N rate,but decreased that of phosphatase.However,regardless of CO2 concentration,activity of dehydrogenase and urease was higher in low N treatments than in high N treatments,but it was in contrast for phosphatase,whereas the activity of invertase differed slightly between the two treatments.
