摘  要:在总结了国内外近十多年来微弯曲成形研究现状基础上,提出了基于激光辅助加热的微器件弯曲成形方法,将激光直接加载于难成形的微小工件材料表面,利用激光热作用对工件非接触式加热和热传导,使成形区域温度瞬时达到成形温度,然后通过微弯曲模具对工件施加载荷,实现微弯曲成形,解决了常规的微弯曲方法难以成形的复杂微器件以及难成形材料的成形问题,并采用激光束对工件前后两侧同时加热的方法解决工件加热不均匀问题,设计了激光辅助加热微器件弯曲系统,可以实现微器件的低成本批量化生产。After summarizing the situation of micro bending and forming during the past ten years at home and abroad, a micro bending and forming method based on laser- aided heating has been proposed. In this method, loading the laser directly on the micro surface of the workpiece, to heat and transform the heat indirectly on the workpiece with laser heat effect. The forming area temperature will reach the available temperature at once, and put the load on the workpiece with micro bending mould. Thus the complex micro parts and difficult to form material can be treated with this method, and the problem of un - homogeneous heating is solved by laser heating the front and rear of the workpiece at the same time. The laser aided heating micro bending system is designed. Then the micro parts can be batch produced with low cost.
