摘　　要：一、前言为了进一步提高普钙湿法生产的自动化程度,提高磷肥的质量,降低成本,我们在泰兴磷肥厂的配合下,研制了普钙湿法磷肥生产微机控制系统。 1.This paper introduces such design aspects of a microcomputer control system for wet production of calcium superphosphate as function and design reqirements, selection of control configuration, soft waredesign and anti-disturbance measures. A ratio control between ore and water flow rate is adopted in this system, which more efficiently stabilyzes the moisture content in ore pulp and decreases acid consumption. It resulte in the immediate economic benefit of about 450 thousand yuans a year.
