摘 要:目的探索常规X线平片、二维和三维CT成像3种影像学检查在颌面部骨折诊断中的应用价值。方法对78例颌面部骨折患者分别行常规X线片、二维和三维CT重建,对显示情况进行对比分析并与手术结果相对照。结果螺旋CT三维重建能清楚显示复杂颌面骨折的立体解剖图像及其与周围结构的关系。与X线平片、二维CT影像比较,三维重建在显示颌骨骨折类型、位置、范围、骨折移位、塌陷深度等方面具有优势。结论三维CT图像结合二维图像对复杂颌面骨骨折具有较重要的临床诊断价值,有利于确定复杂颌面骨骨折的程度与骨折的移位情况,有利于手术方案的设计与实施。Objective To study the clinical value of X-ray film, 2D-CT and 3D-CT in the diagnosis of maxillofacial fractures. Methods Seventy-eight patients with maxillofacial fractures were subjected to X-ray, 2-D CT and 3D-CT examinations separately. The accuracy was analyzed and compared with operative results. Results In comparison to X-ray film and 2D-CT, 3D-CT images were clear, direct and three dimensional on reflecting the position and type of fractures, displaced direction and distance of fracture section and relation with surrounding tissues. Conclusion 3D-CT in combination with 2D-CT images have obvious superiority in the diagnosis of complicated and multiple maxillofacial fractures.
