摘　　要：本文首先介绍了数据挖掘的相关概念以及挖掘技术在教学质量评价中的应用,并提出了高校教学质量评价数据挖掘系统的设计方案,最后利用Java技术实现系统,并对系统实现的关键技术予以阐述和总结了本系统的优缺点。This paper,firsrly, introduces some concept on data mining and some technology using in evaluating of teaching quality in University; then, provides a design of the data mining system on evaluating of teaching quality in University; finally, realizes the system by java technology, and expatiates on some keys of the Implementation of system, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the system.
