摘　　要：应用日常生活中的自然之理,对《黄帝内经》一书中"至真要大论"所讲的"取之阴""取之阳"的释义做了深入的解读,分析误译产生的原因,并从文字入手,对有关该观点的原文作了新的阐释和和审察医案等方面论证了其合理的注释。From the start writing this paper, Huangdi Neijing, a book, ＂from the yin＂ ,＂take the yang＂ do an in-depth interpretation of the interpretation, analysis of the causes for the misinterpretation, from the context of reasonable and objective scrutiny of the two cases aspect demonstrated its reasonable notes.
