摘　　要：目的:观察"清热涩肠汤"灌肠治疗中医辨证为湿热型的溃疡性结肠炎的治疗效果。方法:采用随机分组法治疗溃疡性结肠炎,治疗组采用中药灌肠法保留灌肠,对照组采用庆大霉素保留灌肠,观察两组疗效。结果:治疗组治愈率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),有显著性差异。结论:治疗组采用中药灌肠法保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著,方法简单易行,便于推广。Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of ＂Clear Heat and Astring the Bowel Decoction＂ to treat ulcerative colitis which belong to damp-heat through retention-enema.Method：All the patients were randomly divided into the treat group which was administered ＂Clear Heat and Astring the Bowel Decoction＂ through retention-enema and control group which was administered gentamiein through retentionenema,then observe the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Result：The cure rate of treat group obviously higher than that of control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Using ＂Clear Heat and Astring the Bowel Decoction＂ to treat ulcerative colitis through retention-enema had a significant therapeutic effect, and the method is easy to be generalized.
