中药配合化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌减毒增效作用的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药在晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗中的减毒增效作用。方法:将76例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为两组:治疗组38例,用中药配合化疗,对照组38例,单用化疗。观察原发病灶疗效、中医证候、毒副反应及1、2、3年生存率。结果:治疗组总有效率为47.37%,对照组有效率为42.11%,两组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。1、2、3年生存率治疗组为57.89%、44.74%、23.68%,对照组为34.21%、21.05%、5.26%,治疗组1、2、3年生存率优于对照组,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组毒副反应比较,治疗组恶心、呕吐及白细胞下降发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中药配合化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌有一定的增效作用,对于改善临床症状、减轻化疗反应及延长生存期有明显的作用。Objective ： To evaluate attenuation and synergistic effect on the patients of advanced nonsmall cell lung cancer（NSCLC） combined with traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）. Methods： 76 cases with advanced NSCLC were divided into two groups in random： 38 cases as treated group was treated with TCM combination with Chem. 38 cases as the control group was treated with them alone.To observe primary lesion, TCM syndrome, adverse reaction and 1, 2, 3survival rate. Resuhs： The total effective power of treated group is 43.37 %, the control group is 42.11%（P〉0.05）. 1, 2, 3 years survival rate of treated group is respective 57.89%,44.74%,23.68%.The control group is respective 34.21%, 21.05 %, 5.26%. 1, 2, 3 years survival rate of treated group is superior to the control group （P〈0.05）. Incidence of the treated group with nausea, vomiting and white blood cell decreasing is lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： combined with TCM is synergistic effect in the treatment of advanced NSCLC, which maybe improve clinical syndrom, decrease side effect and prolong survival time.
