手术结合中药熏洗治疗陈旧性肛裂18例

摘　　要：为总结陈旧性肛裂手术治疗的临床经验，提高疗效，减少并发症及复发，一次性手术结合中药熏洗治疗陈旧性肛裂18例，全部治愈。治疗时间12~25天，平均18．4天。随访半年，18例患者无一复发，肛门形态及功能正常。结果表明，该法可松解肛门内括约肌缓解括约肌痉挛，改善肛裂溃疡面的供血不足，促进肛裂的愈合。To sum up the treatment of chronic anal fissure surgery elinieal experience, improve the efficacy and reduce complications and recurrence, the department combined with a one-time operation of Chinese medicine treatment of chronic anal fissure Fumigation of 18 cases, all cured. Treatment time 12 25d, the average 18.4d. Follow-up for half a year, 18 cases of patients with no recurrence of anal morphology and function of normal. The results show that the method can be release within the anal sphincter to ease spastic sphincter to improve the ulcer anal fissure side of the insufficiency, anal fissure to promote healing.
