摘　　要：介绍了采用三次B样条和最小二乘法多项式拟合电厂斗轮机瞬时煤流量与斗轮电流之间关系的方法。通过拟合函数分析数据变化趋势,计算出斗轮的超载电流;根据实时检测的斗轮电流,推算斗轮瞬时取煤流量;并与视频流量检测装置测到的瞬时煤流量一起共同参与斗轮机回转角速度的控制,确保斗轮机取煤的高效率和运行安全。The curve fitting method for the relationship between the real-time coal flows on the covering felt and the scoop wheel current is introducted by using the three B-spline curves and the least-square method. By analyzing the fitting function which reflects the changing trends of the data, the scoop wheel overloading current is calculated. The turning speed of the bracket of reclaimer to fetch coal can be controlled by judging the video-measured coal-conveying flow through the video-based measuring equipment of conveying flow and real-time coal fetching flow calculated from curve fitting. The safety and the efficiency of bucket wheel reclaimer operation are improved.
