摘  要:烟气轮机是石化系统重要的节能设备,它的正常运行与否直接关系到炼油厂的经济效益,转子不平衡是烟气轮机最常见故障之一,对正常生产安全造成极大危害。对烟气轮机故障运行实例诊断进行了研究,根据在线监测得到的烟气轮机前后轴承振动时域信号,并结合瀑布图分析、轴心轨迹分析及全息谱分析,分析了故障。Petrochemical gas turbine system is an important energy-saving equipment. Its operation state directly concerns to the economic benefits of refineries. Imbalance of gas turbine rotor is one of the most common faults. It causes great harm to the security of normal production. In this paper, examples of fault diagnosis for gas turbine operation were studied. The fault was analyzed according to the time domain vibration signal of the gas turbine bearings received from the online monitoring system, along with waterfall analysis, orbit analysis and holographic spectral analysis etc.
