摘 要:目的研究观察妇洁颗粒的体外、体内抗菌活性。方法采用平皿二倍稀释法测定了妇洁颗粒对临床分离的64株临床常见的革兰氏阳性及革兰氏阴性菌的体外抗菌作用。选择了金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、变形杆菌及乙型溶血性链球菌进行了小鼠体内细菌感染的保护实验。结果该药体外对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌及大肠杆菌的作用为最强,MIC50分别为0.25,2和1 g.L-1;体内实验也显示对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌及变形杆菌造成的体内感染动物有较好的保护作用。结论对临床常见的革兰氏阳性及革兰氏阴性菌均具有较强的杀灭或抑制作用。Objective To evaluate the antibacterial activities of Fujie granule in vitro and in vivo. Methods Minimal inhibitory concentrations ( MIC ) of Fujie granule was determined using two - fold broth dilution method against 64 strains of common G ^+ and G^- bacteria isolated from hospital. The protective effects on mice infected by taphylococcus aureus, staphylococcus epidermidis ,proteus species and streptococcus pyogens were also tested. Results For staphylococcus aureus ,staphylococcus epidermidis , Escherichia coli, Fujie granule exhibited the strongest inhibitory effects, the MIC was 0.25,2 and 1g/L ,respectively. The in vivo test indicated that Fujie granule had protective effects on mice infected by taphylococcus aureus, staphylococcus epidermidis ,proteus species and streptococcus pyogens. Conclusion Fujie granule has strong inhibitory effects against common clinical G^* and G^-bacteria.
