摘　　要：经过理论分析、专家打分、指标优化及参数修正等过程确立了包括创新意识、知识水平、创新环境、创新素质、标志成果等具体指标的评价体系,以及各指标下属项目、相应权重和计算方法,对大学生科技创新活动高效可持续开展提供具体的理论依据并给予指导。To promote extensive development of college students＇ science and technology innovation activities, the paper analyzed the characteristics and existing problems of college students＇ science technology innovation quality training at present. , and studied the evaluation index system. Through the theory analysis, the expert estimation, index optimization and parameter correction and so on, the paper gave a evaluation system of concrete index including innovative consciousness, knowledge level, innovation environment, innovation quality, symbolic achievements, as well as secondory of every indexes, the corresponding weight and calculation method. The paper would provide specific guidance and theoretical basis for efficient and sustainable development of college students＇ science and technology innovation activities.
