摘　　要：基础道德教育是培养亲社会成员必备的基础道德品质的教育。形成亲社会成员的基础道德品质,必须正确处理对事、对人、对自己与对自然的关系,并在此基础上形成敬业、乐群、进取与环保的积极态度。本文从基础道德品质及基础道德教育的依据、基础道德教育系统的基本结构诸方面对"人本特教"中德育如何创新的一系列理论和实践问题作了深入的思考。Basic moral education is education necessary for developing social members＇ basic moral quality, which needs to deal with thing, people, self and nature properly and then forms positive attitudes of work enthusiasm, love of being with others, bard working and protection of environment. This paper systematically discusses theories and practice of how to innovate moral education in terms of evidence and basic structure of basic moral education in human- oriented special education.
