摘 要:为精确测量原油沉降罐油水界面和乳化带宽度并实时监测其动态变化,确保沉降时间,满足正常脱水的工艺要求,本文采用时域介电谱技术和分层神经网络建模的办法,通过辨识油水混合物的不同模式而准确地测量油水界面的变化趋势和乳化带的宽度,进而为原油脱水和储罐油量计量提供可靠的依据、现场应用结果表明,该测量方法提高了原油储罐动念油量计量的精确性和实时性,适用于油田联合站自动化盘库系统。In order to accurately measure oil-water interface and its width in oil tank, time domain dielectric spectroscopy (TDS) technique and hierarchical neural network model are taken to monitor the dynamic change of oil-water interface. It is very important to timely discharge sewage, stabilize the thickness of oil, ensure the settlement time and meet the normal requirement of dehydration. Through identifying different models of oil-water mixture, we can measure the oil interface change and its width, which provides reliable basis for crude oil dehydration and dynamic oil quantity measurement. Experimental results show that the interface measurement system proposed in this paper realizes automatic management of production process and accurate measurement of crude oil quantity in oil tank, and is suitable for the automatic measurement system in united stations.
