锥齿轮数控研齿机的研磨运动控制

摘　　要：以锥齿轮数控研齿机的研齿原理为基础,分析了研齿过程中的运动关系,从研齿机理及理论公式推导出研齿运动需要严格控制的变量V,H,J及侧隙的计算公式.提出了在锥齿轮数控研齿机上研齿的运动控制算法,并在西门子840D系统上进一步验证了本算法.Based on the machining principle of arc bevel gear numerical control burnishing machine, the movement relation of burnishing course is analyzed, and it is found that strictly controlled variables of V, H, J are necessary for burnishing movement and the bevel calculating formula is deduced. The burnishing control algorithm of arc bevel gear is also introduced and applied to Siemens 840D system.
