摘　　要：高校学生管理工作是创建和谐校园的重要方面,积极探索适应和谐校园要求的高校学生管理工作成为当务之急。文章尝试结合当前学生管理面临的突出问题,对和谐校园要求下如何加强高校学生管理工作进行思考和探讨。College students management is to create a harmonious management of the important aspects of the campus, and actively explore the campus meet the requirements of a harmonious management of the college students become imperative.
