摘　　要：系统生物学是从整体角度理解生物系统的新的研究领域,它基于分子生物学对生命体研究的进展,着重于以系统的联系性来阐释生命现象。而传统中医药在疾病治疗中也注重整体调节的作用。在理论上,中医药学与系统生物学有着许多的共同之处。因此,将系统生物学方法运用到中医药研究中,必将为中医药研究开辟新的领域。本文介绍了系统生物学在中医药研究中应用的近况,并就研究前景作了展望。Systems biology is a new research field in biology, attempting to understand biological systems at the system-level. Based on the remarkable progresses achieved in the area of molecular biology, systems biology is trying to expatiate life phenomenon by investigating the inner link of systems. TCM applies a holistical approach in treating diseases. Both TCM and systems biology share numerous things in common in theory. Therefore, it will create a new field when systems biological methods being applied to the TCM research. In this article, the current applications of systems biology in TCM research and associated future perspectives are discussed.
