摘　　要：根据临床实习的特点、环节和要求，探索全程教学管理与质量监控的形式、内容和标准，采用“临床实践教学管理与质量全程监控手册”进行管理，既给临床实习教学工作的规范化管理带来了极大的便利，又完善了质量的全程监控，达到了教育部本科教学工作水平评估和质量工程的要求。In this paper the model, the detail and standards of the management and quality control of clinical practice teaching was explored based on the feature, process and requirements of clinical practice. A manual of management and quality control for clinical practice teaching was used. The manual brought great convenience for standard arrangement and improved the overall process of quality control so as to meet the requirements of assessment standard for undergraduate teaching and the quality control project proposed by the Ministry of Education.
