摘　　要：本文通过对急诊医学的特点和教学现状的分析，提出了急诊医学网络课程建设的设计思路和制作方法，包括根据课程结构、教学目的和教学对象进行的教学设计，导航系统的设计等；同时，介绍了暨南大学附属第一医院开发的急诊医学网络课程的特点。实践证明，急诊医学网络课程有利于提高学生自主获取知识及提高急诊医学的教学效果。This paper puts forward the design principles and construction plan of web-based emergency medicine course through analysis of the features and status of the course, which include the design according to course frame, teaching aim, students, and the design of navigation system etc. The paper points out the advantage for the network-based course. It will benefit to improve the self-learning ability of students and teaching effect by developing web-based emergency medicine course
