可摘局部义齿修复前期实习教学改革初探

摘　　要：前期实习教学在口腔医学教育中占有重要地位。为了更好地开展教学工作，在长学制学生的口腔可摘局部义齿修复前期实习中进行了教学改革，重新编写了实习手册，调整了临床与技工操作实习的比例，研制了示教课件进行示教，关键的操作步骤采用标准的教学模型，对学生的操作实行分阶段考核。实习结束后对学生进行问卷调查，结果显示，教学改革的效果得到了广大学生的肯定，也得到了院教学督导组专家的肯定.Preclinical training plays an important role in stomatological education. Teaching reform was employed in preclinical training program of removable prosthodontics to improve the teaching effect, such as updating the operational manual, harmonizing the proportion of clinical and technical teaching, developing a set of digital-video eourseware for instruction, adopting standardized teaching casts for specific steps, setting up a multi-phase evaluation system. A questionnaire was carried out in the students after they completed the course. The effect of the reform had been admired not only by the students, but also by teaching consultants.
