子宫平滑肌肿瘤CD117表达的研究

摘　　要：目的研究15例子宫平滑肌肉瘤和30例子宫平滑肌瘤的CD117表达,探讨子宫平滑肌肉瘤与胃肠道间质瘤在CD117表达上的相关性,从而寻找治疗子宫平滑肌肉瘤的新途径。方法用免疫组织化学SP法测定15例子宫平滑肌肉瘤和30例子宫平滑肌瘤的CD117,CD34,SMA,Desmin,S-100的表达。结果30例子宫平滑肌瘤中全部表达SMA,28例Desmin阳性,1例CD117阳性,没有S-100的阳性表达,6例CD34弱阳性表达。15例子宫平滑肌肉瘤中没有Desmin的表达,9例CD117阳性表达,8例CD34阳性表达,2例S-100阳性表达,5例SMA局灶阳性表达。结论子宫平滑肌肉瘤可能具备有同胃肠道间质瘤细胞中相似的c-kit,促使CD117呈阳性,对不可切除或转移性的子宫平滑肌肉瘤选择分子靶向治疗,提供了理论依据。Objective To explore positive expression rate of CD117 in 30 case of uterine leiomysoma and 15 case uterine leiomysarcoma,to further confirm whethere uterine leiomysarcoma expression CD117 like gastrointestinal stromal tumor,to seek new approaches for the uterine leiomysarcoma. Methods CD117,CD34,SMA,S-100,Desmin were detected in 30 case of uterine leiomysoma and 15 case uterine leiomysarcoma with immuneohistochemical staining. Results The positive expressions In 30 case leiomysomas：SMA 30/30,Desmin28/30, CD34 6/30,CD117 1/30, S-100 0/30.The positive expressions In 15case leiomysarcoma：SMA 5/15,Desmin0/15,CD34 8/15,CD117 9/15,S-100 2/15. Conclusion uterine leiomysarcoma may expression CD117 like gastrointestinal stromal tumor,theoretical foundation is laid for choice of molecularly-laegeted therapy for CD117 positive in uterine leiomysarcoma.
