摘　　要：目的观察黛力新治疗脑卒中后抑郁状态的临床疗效及副反应。方法82例脑卒中后抑郁状态患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均给予脑卒中常规治疗,治疗组给予黛力新治疗,对照组用阿米替林治疗。分别用汉密顿抑郁量表、副反应量表评定疗效和副反应。结果治疗组的临床疗效显著优于对照组,且治疗组起效快、不良反应少。结论黛力新治疗脑卒中后抑郁状态比阿米替林更好,更安全。Objective To observe the clinical effect and side effect of deanxit on poststroke depression. Methods 82 patients with PSD were divided into two groups, treatment group and comparison group. Besides normal treatment on both group, treatment group were treated by deanxit while comparison group by anaitriptyline. The curative effect and side effects were measured by HAMD and TESS. Results The effect of deanixt was better than amitriptyline on PSD and had lower effects. Conehmion Deanxit is safer and more effective than amitriptyline in treatment of PSD.
