摘　　要：目的提高增生性肌炎的诊治水平。方法收集2例增生性肌炎进行临床病理及免疫组织化学分析。结果免疫组织化学,Actin、Vimentin标记增生细胞阳性,Desmin、AACT、CK、EMA、Myoglobin和S-100标记阴性。组织化学:Masson染色增生细胞胞浆呈红色。结论增生性肌炎属于肌纤维母细胞瘤样增生性病变。Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment level of proliferative myositis. Methods Clinical and pathological findings in 2 patients with proliferative myositis were described. Results The result revealed that the cells were positive for vimentin,actin and negative for desmin, CK, EMA, AACT, Myoglobin and S-100 protein. The cytoplasm was stained red in masson stain. Conclusion The study suggests that proliferative myositis is derived from myofibroblasts.
