摘　　要：目的:研究自体输血在恶性肿瘤患者中应用的可行性和积极意义。方法:对比应用自体输血和异体输血的疗效、预后。结果:肿瘤患者采用自体输血的反应率低于异体输血,5年存活率明显提高(P<0.01)。结论:自体输血在恶性肿瘤患者手术中的应用是可行的、安全的,能够延长患者的生命。Objective ：To explore the feasibility of autoreinfusion in the operation of malignant tumor. Methods ：To compare the curative effect and prognosis in autoreinfusion and xenogenous transfusion. Results ：The response rate in autoreinfusion was lower than which in xenogenous transfusion, the livability of five years increased obviously（P〈0.01）. Conclusion ：Autoreinfusion in the operation of malignant tumor is feasible, safe and can prolong the livability of the sufferer.
