水稻直播种纸用生物质胶粘剂的研究

摘　　要：通过对玉米淀粉进行糊化、氧化和交联等化学改性,并以碱性稻草浆作为添加剂,研制出一种用于制备水稻直播种纸的生物质胶粘剂。实验结果表明,该胶粘剂较适宜的合成工艺条件为:氧化温度50℃,氧化时间2.0 h,V(氧化剂)=0.6 mL,m(交联剂)=4.0 g;红外光谱分析表明制得了预期结构的胶粘剂;育种试验表明该胶粘剂对种子生长无毒害作用。A kind of bio-based adhesive which can be used for making a sheet of paper for paddy rice direct seeding was prepared by paste, oxidation and erosslinking chemical modification of corn starch, and with alkaline pulps as additive. The experiment results showed that the suitable synthesis technics condition was oxidation temperature at 50 ℃, oxidation time at 2.0 h, 0.6 mL oxidizer and 4.0 g crosslinker agent. The FT-IR analyse showed that the prospective structure of adhesive was prepared. The breeding test showed that the adhesive was no negative impact in seeds growth process
